Stacked By Suzie Text Message (SMS) Terms

These terms apply to the Stacked By Suzie text message program (the "Program"), operated by Stacked By Suzie, Shore Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23451 ("we," "us").
1. What you'll receive
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Stacked By Suzie at the mobile number you provide, including new product drops, sales and promotions, gameday and holiday collections, abandoned cart reminders, and customer service messages. Messages may be sent using an automated system.
2. Consent is not required to buy
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can shop with us and subscribe to our emails without signing up for texts.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies, and is typically up to 4 messages per month, with a few more during holiday sales. We send messages between 10am and 8pm in your local time.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further marketing messages will be sent. You may also opt out by emailing suzie@stackedbysuzie.com. To rejoin, sign up again on our website.

7. Eligibility
The Program is available to mobile users in the United States who are 18 or older, or the age of majority in their state. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission.
8. Carriers
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us run the Program (such as our text messaging platform), only to deliver messages to you. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms or end the Program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to receive messages after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
